Have a different question? We’re here to help you understand your options.
What does credit repair involve?
It involves reviewing your credit reports, identifying potential errors, and disputing information believed to be inaccurate or incomplete. Accurate, current negative information cannot legally be removed through credit repair. You may also dispute reporting errors yourself for free.
Can you guarantee a score increase or deletion?
No. Every credit profile is different. Vaultora does not promise a specific score increase, deletion, financing approval, or completion date.
How long does the process take?
Timing depends on your reports, the issues involved, responses to disputes, and any additional information needed. Your assessment helps establish the next steps, but there is no single timeline for every client.
Why do I need credit reports or monitoring?
Your reports show the information that needs review and help you compare changes over time. Follow the instructions for your service and review any monitoring provider’s costs and terms before enrolling.
How should I submit my documents?
Use the designated client portal provided during onboarding. Do not send Social Security numbers, account passwords, or identification documents through a general inquiry or email.
What if I don’t know which service I need?
Start with a conversation. Share your goals and questions, and we’ll discuss the available services so you understand the options before making a decision.
